REMOTE MAINTENANCE CONTRACTS
We offer to our customers a maintenance contract that allows us to monitor your server, or any number of PCs in your office. The monitoring will allow for maintaining updates, cleanups, defraging and overseeing any event errors that may occurr, be it with your operating system or with your backups. These things we can generally take care of without your help. Sometime we will need to get you to either enter a password of press a few keys.
